Due to the change in cd from 20 sec to 40 sec in the Unstoppable Juggernaut tactic, almost no one I know uses this tactic. I know that the lengthening of the cd is a result of adding 5 sec cc immunity to the Juggernaut skill.
I think for a tank to consider using it then its cd should be reduced to 30 sec.
