As the title says, remove cast timers for engie/magus pets.
As it is right now pets dont cast their debuffs until direct damage is landed on the target.
For instance, I'll cast two dots followed by direct damage abilities, so by the time the pet decides to cast we are 3 gcd into the rotation.
With the current pet cast times thats another gcd delay.
This would make combat more fluid and allow better target swaps.

TIL turrets have cast times on their abilities.
I'm surprised turrets activate upon direct damage rather than on attack, that might be a bug that needs to be reported especially as the Engi/Magus are DoT classes.
Does manually telling the turret to attack smooth this out?

I am confused I just hopped on my engi and magus went to the test dummies hit attack and they are all just attacking away? You will have to bug report with a video.
