Change name timeline period!!

I know it doesn't sound so important for some players but would it be a chance to reduce the one month period of changing your character's name? I will take me for example!! I changed my toon's name and the next day I understood what a big mistake I did cause I had this name since 2015!! Although was my fault now I have to wait for a month until I get a name back that no one else want's or claimed!! Just asking if would be a chance maybe reduce it to a week or maybe with a ticket can someone get a change name ticket faster!! I have already sent a ticket and waiting!! Thanks in advance!! Will be glad hearing your thoughts on that!!

You can make another character with the same name to ''reserve'' it for that 1 month.
Then after the time is up you can delete it and rename the original character.

P.S. The name ''Kaktos'' is already taken. I hope it was you or some other friend who already reserved it in the way I describe above (and not someone snatching it).
