Replace set bonus on Imperator set.

Imperator set is the defensive set, out of two 2 part sets sold in citadel.

The set bonus on it is 61 init- or in other words less than -2% to be critically hit, after the stats patch. To compare, Redeye set- which doesn't costs crests unlike Imperator, has a -3% to be crit as set bonus for 2 parts.

So the suggestion is to replace the Imperator set bonus with some other defensive stat- wounds or toughness (Overlord set, the offensive version of the same set, has a 61 wounds as a set bonus for example), to make it a bit more competitive with a same lvl sets.
"Can we play with him, master? He seems so unhappy. Let us help him smile. Please? Or at least let us carve one on his face when he stops screaming."

They need to bring ward unlock and lesser abit the price. Other than that most ppl doesnt even know these sets exist and where to buy them, it would be helpfull to change vendor location next to other pvp set vendors
Mostly harmless

there are three ways to go about these sets these days. 1) remove them, because its pointless bloat. 2) make it cheap and a part of ward (put them in purple rvr / blue fort bags), 3) redesign it so its bis for some specs.

Problem with the wards is that most people get those by doing pve anyway.

The stats on Imperator/ Overlord sets aren't sov but are pretty decent, problem is the set bonuses- even the wounds bonus on offensive set isn't that great, most people who go for offensive spec want something that adds to offense like mainstat or ws. The defensive set bonus though after the change to stats is much worse- less than -2% to be critically hit is a t1 set bonus.

That said, I wouldn't mind say back, gem, or both to be added to those sets, but just changing the set bonus would already make them useful.

If the Initiative bonus was changed to Wounds I'm sure they'd be considered useful again.

If its dps set then 66 melee/range/magic power. Def set wounds probably okay
