[PTS] Feedback on stats/formula/renown changes

- The three offensive crit stats from renown (Opportunist/Focused Power/Sure Shot) are combined into one speccable stat, giving the same amount of crit per investment to each offensive crit. The name remains “Opportunist”. Focused Power & Sure Shot remains in game for now, but will be removed at a later date and all saved builds updated to use Opportunist instead.

The tl;dr version is that there are typically 2 stats that need to be combined together:

1) Melee crit and ranged crit. This is for Shadow Warriors and Squig Herders who need to change stances.
2) Magic crit and healing crit. This is for ranged healers who are in hybrid roles. Obvious bias here: I play a Zealot.

The two main ideas I proposed were either merging all 4 crit renowns together into 1, or merging the 4 stats into 2 stats as per the above. One of the things I specifically asked not happen was to just merge the damage crits together and leave heal crit separate as while that helps hybrid SW/SH builds, it doesn't help hybrid Zea/RP builds.

Please could you take a look at the linked thread and reconsider this change to include heal crit in one way or another?
Initiative & Weapon Skill rebalancing
- Weapon Skill Parry reduced from 3% to 0% per 100 Weapon Skill.
- Weapon Skill gives 0.5% block strikethrough per 100 Weapon Skill.
- Block strikethrough removed from Strength and Ballistic Skill.
- Initiative now grants 5% reduced chance to be crit per 100 Initiative, as well as 3% parry.
- Base chance to be critically hit is increased by 5% (from 20% to 25%).

I get initiative now being the "physical evade" stat, but why has anti-block been moved from Strength/Ballistic skill onto Weapon Skill when Intelligence still has anti-block? This just seems to be further increasing the dual stat pressure of physical damage dealers compared to non-physical ones. Even ranged builds who opted to spec into non-physical damage now need to stack Weapon Skill to get anti-block. Meanwhile Mages can just continue to dump everything into Intelligence and get both anti-block and anti-disrupt.

The change doesn't personally affect me (if anything my Zealot is getting free bonus parry from initiative), but I'm not sure it's a good change for the game.

The main issue I see with combining the magic crits is AM/Sham becoming even stronger in small man content. If a dps am/sham could still have 30-40% heal crit they could act as both healers and dps at the same time and make themselves even more of a necessity then they already are.

Hybrid healers should not get a free 45 rr due to combined crit ra.

Very poor idea.

I just checked with the dps sham in my guild and he is running 50% magic crit at the moment total. So if they were truly combined that would give him a 60% chance to heal crit with the inherent 10% chance to heal crit all while in full dps gear.

Erm... you know I was on about combining the renown magic/heal crit, not combining all magic/heal crit right? My comment was in reply to the ranged/melee/magic crit renown getting merged.

And yet, hybrid melee/ranged DPS just got a free 45 RR due to combined crit renown (on the PTS anyway).

Im saying its only combined for damage crit ra right?

Heal crit should not be combined into it.

Damage/ healing are two seperate roles whilst melee/ranged are both means to produce damage. There is a huge difference.

Combining heal/dmg crit into one stat would make Shamans even more overpowered than they already are.
