New player, looking for class
New player, looking for class
Hey new player here, I did a bit a research into this game a realize it's very mass pvp oriented, I don't have a lot of time to play so I won't always be able to join warbands or have anyone to play with. So I'm wondering what class (preferably on order) that is a good/decent solo roamer who isn't completely useless in warbands if I ever have time to join one.
Thanks in advance

Create a Godlion(WL)
The best dps of the game!

Either a WL or a WE with regen/toughness. With those two classes, you’ll be able to kill pretty much anyone just by rolling your head across the keyboard.

Archmage. If you want to play the piano, a SnB IB(you will need offence gear to kill).
Keep in mind DPS class balance patches are coming, things may change soon. Arch Mage on order is the safest bet, enlist to the clone army of Magic casters solo meta, why not? (Magus, Arch Mage are top tier).
P.S. Here is a solo tier list, it's mostly accurate in the broken/top tier list( a few things here and there are obsolete in the lower brackets).

Re: New player, looking for class
I'd advice to roll over something like GW2 instead, or ESO at least. This game is very solo-unfriendly.
If you are stubborn enough, anything can work, it mostly depends on you picking a proper (effective for you) fight.
If you fail to do that, not even AM or SnB IB gonna save you.
