Meh, if we're gonna have rested bonus we should also be able to turn the xp off. Make it only work at level 9 and level 19 respectively (no 11 & 21 twinks).

From what I hear the devs have made a pretty clear stance that they'll never do it, and I agree. All you're doing is ruining the experience for new players.

I agree that an XP off feature would be bad. Groups of twinks that stay permanently in lower tiers would discourage people from any RvR activities until they get to the top tier.

I agree, I think it would also discourage new players who just start to pvp. Tier 1 and tier 2 should be where you are learning the basics of PvP/RvR, not getting steamtrolled by twinks.
