Return of Reckoning

I "allowed" all aspects of ROR on my Kaspersky to no avail. Could not update, nor get into game.
I have just turned of Kaspersky, run the updater on Ror, turned on all my protection again and now I can get into game again.

Defender is turned off because Kaspesky is running.
Have "allowed" all aspects of ROR within Kaspersky, but still have the red update button on the launcher which dumps me to desktop when its pressed

Since the last patch, the "connect" button on the launcher shows "update" in red. Click on that and nothing happens and the launcher disappears. I cannot get into the game.
Any ideas/advice please?

I love my DPS Shaman, even if at 40 they are underwhelming. They are still great fun. The problem is that to get DPS armour sets you have to do Scenarios and only scenarios. Same problem "Cannot download file from War-64.exe"

Sorry to be a noob. Have downloaded the game. Launch War and it says use the patcher, that's fine. Try to launch the patcher and I get: Cannot launch the patcher because either it is already running, or I don't have disc space. Neither is true. Are there issued with War running on Win 10? Any ideas ...
