I made a new shaman yesterday and got him to r5/rr6 in about 2 hours without questing, while monkeying around with some addons at the same time.

In all earnesty though, if you are going to complain about how long it takes to get to level 12, you may as well uninstall now.

Anyone know of an addon similar to Squared that works in SCs?

Help! I found an addon today online that was exactly what I'm looking for, xpanels, but in order to add my own custom textures it evidently requires a secondary addon called "custom textures package" that I can't locate anywhere. Anyone have a line on this custom textures package for xpanels?

IMO this is a fundamental problem with WAR itself:
You could level from 1-40 by doing nothing but PVP...but you can't make much money if you're running solely PVP, so you'll be broke as hell.
One thing that would help this is to make the coin rewards for the PVP quests more substantial.

Like has been said original WAR used mob tagging, and that is the best way. In EQ there was no tagging and the loot went to whoever did the most damage. As a result, my warrior NEVER got any loot if there was a wizard standing there who decided he wanted it.

Being that this is a privately owned, and (more importantly) privately funded server....I would think that too many players would actually present a problem. More players require more servers. More servers require more money.
