I mean, remove/fix Rampage and you pretty much make Destro SnB tanks great again.

Slayers en mass being able to disable the core function of tanks is a glaring issue.

... Ofc youll feel squishy at fresh 40 though with a 2h. probably pick up a shield until you get 5pc warlord. Last note, as mentioned here: you'll probably have to go get a shield sooner or later to help ease the grind at some points. All classes should have extra gear on them, ie tanks have 2h, 2h ...

EDIT: Where do you pick the quest up at? Elf chapter 18, epic quest chain "Wyrmbreaker". EDIT: Where do you pick the quest up at?

Scenario pops have slowed down immensely since I started playing. The grind for Anathema/Oppressor gear is terrible at the moment. So I would suggest that at somewhere between RR50 to RR55 the scenario win-quests be upgraded to yield Oppressor Emblems rather than the somewhat useless Dominator ...

Given how slow scenarios are popping these days, the grind for SC weapons and armor is nigh-unbearable. The costs need to be lowered. EDIT: Or here's an alternative idea: make the scenario quests upgrade from Dominator to Oppressor at RR 50+. It is not much, but it would definitely add up over time ...
