What about that lame shield requirement for KotBS Vigilance ability? Shouldn’t that have been reversed, as mentioned in the “musings” thread?

Please leave Vigilance as it is for KotBS. Do not replace one bad idea with another - and stop constantly trying to shoehorn every bloody ability and tactic into a specific spec. Overall nice patch. Timers on forts are a most welcome addition - especially in preventing easy city sieges in the off-hours. 8h is still way too long, though.
