Yesterday there were some issues.
Just tried it. Works for me.

I lost count on all the nerfs so I will talk mostly from a 2H perspective (R.I.P. Retribution) - which I already mained on life (where it was also a fringe spec). I think Rampage was mostly an issue in AoE spec - I would have tuned it down separately for 2H and dualwield - but still going from 100 ...

I can no longer comprehend the balance process nor your vision.
I take a break until you are done with all class overhauls and then decide if I come back.

I lose count with the amount of Slayer nerfs and 2H Slayer was already niche before all of them.
Over 28% less parry and Fierceness became even more suicidal.

It was long overdue to put a cast time on it.

It's intended purpose is to bring people to the action not a get out of jail card.
