Re: Fortlogging, keepdefences and other mythical creatures
Regarding the situation where one faction - ah lets not beat around the bush and call a spade a spade - the situation where Destro pushes a fort with order AAO that miraculously vanishes ( this is the situation 99% of the time) there are many theories. I have no idea which is the most likely but ...

3 Pairring option
Hello,
Some years ago RoR RvR went from having all 3 pairring open to just the current two.
I'd like to make a case for why 3 is a better system.
But as with everything there would be pros and cons.
Pros:
1) Low playtime players who need progression can go to some of the lower populated zones to ...

Re: Patch Notes 26/07/2024
Waited till had played with the aoe cap, and as I expected it didnt really feel too much different when roaming afternoon/evening today with the new 9aoe cap.
Why?
Because this game has a natural targetcap in the form of collision. There are only realisticly so many targets your can fit in to a 25ft ...

Quality of life suggestions
Back when Gamesbond was doing a CM discord for feedback (not sure if thats still a thing)
I made a long list of Quality of Life suggestions and im not sure if that got lost after he stepped down or if direction of changes took a new turn.
But from top of my head here are some QoL changes I think ...

Re: tactics??
Made this suggestion a while ago, it would serve to make use of the Tometactic, a tiny bit of handholding for newerplayers as to what to focus on while leveling 1-40, and all of the +Mainstat tactics would take the 5th tacticslot and potentially open up for more customized builds instead of just a ...

Re: [BW] Smoldering Embers tactic
Last I tested it on dummies, I just didnt find the probability high enough to get something meaningful out of the reappiance on final tick. I do see the point about clenses, but not fully sold on the oppotunity cost of giving up stuff like Flashfire or other tactics.
The reapplication should have a ...

Re: [Brightwizard] Bombling's compendium
Added two more tips and tricks:
21) Running two Singletarget Brightwizards in an assist group, you can have BW1 apply Ignite dot with tactic Ignition, and then have BW2 use the ranged Knockdown without consuming the Ignite and the corp debuff that way.
22) Buffing your party with Tactics which ...

Re: New player experience so far
Some really good feedback in this topic, I especially enjoyed reading the OP and see from his fresh perspective what the game looked like. Thats always valuable when presented well!
I would like to add, that the population and momentum is very very playerdriven.
Pros and cons to that, naturally ...

Re: State of the Realm intervals
Additionally, if the timer on the update for the AAO could be decreased, it would also be a nice quality of life, 15 minutes is a long time in between.
I dont disagree with you. But I think the AAO updater maybe needs to be long in the case of a keep siege. Defenders are wiped and disband, if ...
