Right, since the only Runepriests/Zealots that can buff are those in a premade.
WRONG. It's a simple learn-to-play for new Runepriests/Zealots to apply your buffs to anyone in a party, whether they ask for it or not. Every Runepriest/Zealot can use their buff, even on random party members in a Warband. It's as if you assume every premade party lacking a Shaman would get a Shaman/AM -just- for their resist buff, then kick them from party and get their dual WP/DOK back in. What's wrong with having a RP/Zealot in your party, always, rather for the sick healing they can do over the buff they have to re-apply upon every shatter?
As stated, the RP/Zealot buffs are minimal. It's better to have them in your premade but it's not a game-changing effect. Same thing with potions. You may live -just- a second longer with armor buff mitigation, or do -just- a tiny more bit of DPS. Having these minimal buffs without a granted ability shatterable makes them obsolete, which is why I agree with making them unshatterable like the Sorc/BW buffs, and Shaman/AM buff.
