There are many things where some classes outperform others. Some things are just not unified.

One example is the AP useage. Some classes run out of AP very quickly while others pretty much never run out of it. I have never seen a WE or WH running out of AP, even if they start the fight with only 25% AP. Some classes have AP drain, others have not. Some classes have heal debuffs, others not (e.g. Engi). And so forth.

Same punt for everyone ? Than give same dmg same avoidance and same resist to all tanks or make one tank class maybe. Not sure I would play a BG w/o exile.

Given Orc strength you'd think they'd have the longest punt instead, ruddy ridiculous it is!

Those are dps classes and not exactly core mechanics. The punts are a core part of the game, I’m surprised the original devs couldn’t figure that out and fix before we made it here. But anywho SM and BO also used to do more damage... with all the tanks having nerf damage, they should have true utility (poor IB)

You would still have access to exile's super punt, the only difference is it'd cost you a tactic slot.

While we're at it, lets give every DPS 50% inc heal debuff, AM/Shaman/BW/SH/SW already has it so why not give it to magus, sorc and engi?

But every healer has the same kind of resurrection (bar the shaman/am tactic that is barely used), but overall, the res is the same for all the healers and it its an archetype defining ability just like punt.

i dont see any wrong with the IB punt, is better than CHO/KTB without tactic and they can give 10 sec slow with almost all abilities. I would recommend giving BO a tactic that enhances a ST punt depending on no plan, gud plan and better plan mechanic.
SM could have something like that? sure but they already have a nice ST snb punt or pounce morale.

First od of all, which ch/kotbs do not use the tactic? It is pretty much mandatory for smallscale. IB punt is weak because it is so short it takes only takes 2s to come back to your guard while chosen/kotbs disables the target for well over 3 seconds and do not require any class resource. I have completely no idea why do all the punts share the same cooldown, BG full range punt should give 50s immunity, Chosen/KOTBS 40s, IB 30s
