Suggesting for asia & east euro time zone LOTD & City

Should devs make 1 more LOTD/City for the eastern euro and Asia time zone?

Suppose to be 1400 am ALFORD TIME.

and make two more LOTD/CITY for America and the west euro, replacing the original LOTD/City~

Let us discuss it.

Agreed - I've never joined a city and once joined LOTD at 1am GMT+8. 1am is the most accessible time I've seen and luckily I didn't have work the next day! They're either super late at night or very early morning for me, and often on a work night or during actual 9-5 work hours.
