Except that then Twisting Tower would be just like Nordenwatch and Gates of Ekrund. A significant part of what makes TT fun is the fact the scenario is different, which renders it unique. All scenarios are meant to be unique in one form or another, and TT fulfills that aspiration. Change it, and you might as well make all of them the same.

If you do not like it, simply blacklist it and do not join =)
Yes, we should respect your opinion, but it is difficult to avoid this scenario, when it is set for week event, and almost everyone is playing it for event item & rewards.

specular issue. There are scenarios I do not like, but when weekend arrives I bypèass them totally and blacklist them and wait 1 more week. not the end of the world. Prtending to remove from game a scenario because does not allow zerging is simply absurd

I have been in game for a bit and have played a number of Twisting Tower SC's, and it is unfortunate but nevertheless true the mechanics of this SC have already been changed from those established prior.

1. When the Central Spire (top floor) is locked, it no longer teleports the individual who made the lock away from the blast out to the spawn.
2. The explosion at lock has been removed. The animation is still there, kinda, but damage to the players is no longer dealt.
3. Apparently holding the top floor while your opposition controls both lower objectives is no longer a viable strategy. Points over time are still deducted from your opposition's total if they do not lock, however there is no longer a need to actually lock the upper objective. Following a certain time interval, it simply locks itself.
4. The point total awarded for individual kills appears to have been increased as well. When I find my old video from this SC I can confirm, however if true this changes the entire strategy how most will play the SC.

The end result is most of the factors which made this SC fun to play have been removed. Why am I not surprised.

EDIT: Current video of Twisting Tower play reveals that when the timer mechanism triggers, no points are awarded to the side which controlled both lower objectives. The objectives simply reset.

This used to be one of my favorite sc before everyone just stacked on top.

I like it as well.

If people know what they are doing and listen it is possible for a much weaker team to be competitive. (Assuming the dominant side don’t know how it works)

The problem with it is not really the mechanic it’s that about half the players in game don’t know how it works and don’t listen when guidance is offered.

Delete this scenario completely. Nobody likes it. There has been complaints every year and suggestions to make it more doable but nothing is done. You still cant shoot through the doorway even.
