WH= revert 25%crt to BaL and gives a buff to middle tree
WE=delete cd reset from Pounce and slow from SS
If you do that patch is balance. Nothing more to say

I'm just learning haw to play WE but the biggest thing that is strange to me after playing it till Cr35 is that the middle mastery have 0 base finishers available.
