Played only midtier SCs and some bolstered rvr solo roam and am no slayer vet by any means.
2h spec in pug SCs felt really good, had some nice burst moments.
Rvr was mixed. Joining bigger fights while being ignored by most of the enemies you could deal some great damage.
1v1 against the same level range was great fun, too.
Fighting 40s in higher gear, mostly WEs, you didn't survived long after the KD was over.
Feels like the midphase debuff is too harsh.
Also the ragedrop on most of the skills is too high, should take 2-3 skills to get you from top yellow to top green again, without the ragedrop reduction tactic needed.
Incapacitate should take you from start red to start yellow/end green to allow some more synergizing.

Have you ever played with the cooldown reduction from the Skavenslayer path? It's pretty powerful and triggers every time you strike with the channel

because you can almost spam it!
It reduces the cooldown of all your normal skills, so I'd use it before it gets nerfed!

That's why they put the choppa furious stomping into berserk mode.

You can use it to reduce the cooldowns of all your rage generators or particularly deadly attacks or compos.

Cleft in Twain, I hear you stomping.
BTW, have you ever thought about using Cleft in Twain and Rage Tactic to jump directly into berserk mode via the furious state?

Trollslayer path became very bad with the nerf to power through, fierce might, spine crusher. The only good thing is the 5 second cdr reduction to rune of absorbtion.

First of all you need to be in berserk for that tactic to activate and you need to use *Trollslayer spells in order to resuce cd by 1 second. So basically this is only to reduce cd of rune of absorbtion by 5 seconds if the full channel goes through and thats a big if because they can party ur attacks they can punt you, kd you, cancell it with other ways and the channel is so bad that as soon as there is a twig between you and your target it cancels. So basically this is a nerf to the previous versiob of the tactic.

Cleft in twain is a good rework i like it. But its useless for dual wield. And the earliest you can jump to berserk is after 8 seconds with 2h if you remove 2 buffs and you have the other rage cost reduction tactic. Ignoring the fact that you take a lot more damage because of the crazy Furious nerf. So not sure what you talk about.

I am gonna make an indepth post explaining every single change so everyone understands why we slayers moan.

First tactic currently work regardless of rage but that something only people that actually test know.

CiT is pretty good for ST purpose even in DW.

Red tactic+wild swing(+CiT if not hitting 9ppl) allow you to ignore completly yellow stance.
All class/spec are viable as long as you dedicate your time to making it work.

Point is its bugged and its not inteded to work like that thus it will be fixed. You cant base your argument on a bugged tactic. And still you would have to use Trollslayer abilities only to reduce the cd. As a single target 2h slayer you will prioritse exhausting blows on the Giantslayer tree and pulverizing strike and as a dual wield you want to keep that ID on and spam flurry or wild swing and Retribution in group situations. So this Tactic would only be used by some very one dimensional Relentless and Rune of Absorbtion spamming build as Spine Crusher was nerfed aswell.

And wild swing would need 9 people around you in order to do that (basically in WB play only, not small scale or solo). Wild Swing is a good change btw.

none of the changes to tactics, skills or the Specc Tree's matter cause they are all dwarfed (no pun) by the Huge nerf to our incomming dmg. Iam sry but iv tested it all in and out of WB, SC's, roaming and the new intake of dmg starting at "yellow" just make playing the class so much worse u cant recover, with any build u specc.

players who main Slayer/Choppa or atleast play it enough knows this and would agree

The DPS patch Slayer/Choppa was needed:
Detaunt drops Rage.
Thats it.

PS DPS patch Mara/WL needed:
Heal debuff 50% as a core ability
Dats it
