I'd also like to add that I couldn't care less about +25 talisman. Difference vs +24 is marginal, so the effort just really doesn't make it worthwhile.

While I think PvE shouldn't give BiS or close to BiS, BUT... PvE giving BiS or close to BiS items is GREAT for new players, as they can get their DP armor + BL weapons without suffering PvP in crap gear.

Which brings my toughts about proper itemization, where ALL CR 40 armors should have exacly same armor/stat value, yet distributed differently and each of them should be good at something, even if SOV/WL would be BiS. The whole idea of armor tiers is outdated concept, especially when you skip whole ward system by week of PvE.
