Don't know about keep fights , but this insane lag needs to be sorted its so unplayable these last 2 days.

the only reason that punting nonsense and second ramp were introduce was the damn lag in the first place :/

No, it was added because it was too easy to hold the stairs against invaders.
To properly defend now you have to hold the bottom floor. Had plenty great defenses in t2 and t3, not so much in t4 as the tendency to switch sides and pvek was greater because of city raids.
Dying is no option.

What about making battlefield objectives (BOs) give debuffs to keeps in the zone if owned by other faction. Different camps can give different type of debuffs.

BO 1: Reduces enemy keep doors to 75% durability max.
BO 2: Reduces dmg or HP of keep guards (and lord) by 10%
BO 3: 10min hp buff to all who were there at flip.

Just some basic ideas and for clarity: Each BO would have its ownot buff, not owning X amount of BOs. I feel this would increase small man groups roaming for BOs, not just a free renown flip point. Would increase combat away from keeps, add tactics for taking a keep, and reduce massive zerg keep sieges.

get lockpicking working first, then get the rams working. If not the rams, then go with the flying mounts that allow for firebombing, dismounting into keeps, etc.

Good ideas:))))
But if we need a ram, we need a new mechanism, ram is boring for melee and tanks, and ram minigame is suck!
