hello,
i have idea it is possible to give the attackers as example a 30 seconds immunity timer for take damage and give damage to prevent the spawnkills at fort??? in stonewatch today, the order stay at spawn and kill us every time, if we release and that is not the goal.

rather have something like jail where attackers can free out themselves from inside

it cant abuse, because if you are in jail, therte you het no take damage and you cant freeout from inside

Why not call upon your forces to come and aid you, or can people not go in/out of the Forts at will for fear of losing their reservations?
