I agree. Many players would rebel against this change however.

Yesterday I attempted to test the system (film at eleven) and got into six SC's. Each was balanced according to archetype and three of them constituted actual good fights.

The time to get into an SC ran longer, or course, my average was two SC's per hour. Such a wait time was predicted, however ...
