I will agree that the purpose of the game is to have fun. But fun doesn't mean breaking the fundamentals of the game just for the sake of it. Fun can always be found within the restrictions of the game and the restrictions ...

Also, if a player doesn't have time for that kind of commitment to build a party to your liking , why should the game be unplayable for them?
